Shipping Time
Once an advance payment is made we start the work, we ship by our logistic partner, pickup or truck depending on the size of product. We inform the client/user about the mode of shipment, dilivery date and time before the shipment.
Shipping Cost
Once you hire the redchilliart.com. The shipping cost may be free or chargeble. This will be mentioned on the quotation given to the client.
Shipment Lost
We ship the order by a trusted logistic partner, pickup or truck. Even if the shipment is lost. We send the shipment again with the same item/product you order.
Shipment Damage
We ship the product in proper packing. Even if it gets damaged. We fix the product/item onsite or at our unit. If reshipment requred to fix the product, we handle the shipment cost.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship the product across Jaipur and outside also. We do not ship products outside Rajasthan.
Return and Exchange of Product
Once you hire us for making your furniture. We do not accept return products. So we do not refund any payment once products are manufactured from our side.
